What Is Air Permit Recordkeeping and Reporting?
An air permit may also require a facility to comply with federal standards such as National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). Federal standards often require further recordkeeping in addition to the records required for an air permit. Many federal standards also require the submission of compliance reports. Furthermore, facilities with Federal Operating Permits (FOPs) have added recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
